Permanent Recruitment
Our staffing solutions are affordable at a fixed rate of 10% of the annual total remuneration. We offer a guarantee period of 90 days which excludes retrenchment, company closure, change of ownership and liquidation.
Calculation: Annual Total Remuneration X 10% = Total invoice amount due.
Contract Opportunities
We have a large pre-screened talent database, which enables us to rapidly provide highly skilled contract staff for short to long term contracts. In addition, we continue to evolve our database to meet new organisation demands.
Pricing: Our fixed rate for Contract Assignments is 25% calculated monthly of the total remuneration. Candidates on contracts assignments will be paid from the clients’ payroll.
